Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, defective, damaged, or mismatched apparel item, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests must be submitted through our website with valid order details and contact information
  • For damaged or missing items, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery

Step 2: Review of Request

Once your request is received, our team will review and validate it.
Please allow up to 2 working days for verification and approval.


Step 3: Product Pickup

After approval:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
  • Self-shipping is not required unless specifically instructed by our support team

Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

After the returned item reaches us:

  • The product will undergo a quality inspection
  • Based on inspection results and stock availability, we will proceed with either a replacement, exchange, or refund

Replacement & Exchange Process

  • Pickup will be scheduled after request approval
  • Once the item passes quality checks, a replacement will be initiated
  • If the original product is out of stock, you may opt for:
    • A full refund, or
    • An exchange with a similar product

Exchange Delivery Timeline (TAT: 3–5 Days)

  • Replacement or exchanged products are dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful quality inspection
  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch

Returns / Replacements Not Accepted If

  • The product is used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Original packaging, labels, or tags are missing
  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage or missing items are reported after 2 days of delivery

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method.


Refund Timelines (TAT: 3–5 Business Days)

  • Cancelled Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 business days
  • Returned Orders: Refund processed within 3–5 business days after pickup and successful quality inspection

Partial Order Returns

  • Eligible items from an order may be returned within 7 days, subject to return conditions
  • Refunds will be processed only for approved items
